What we collect
When you contact Studio Alder, send a project request, join first access, or ask about a piece, we collect the contact and project information you choose to provide, including name, email, project notes, service interest, and related context.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate custom refinishing or sourcing fit, manage first-access updates, improve the website, prevent abuse, and operate the studio.
Analytics
The public website may use Vercel Analytics and consent-based Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page usage, referrals, and performance. GA4 is only loaded after analytics consent. We do not use ad personalization or remarketing on this site. Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps using its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Service providers
Studio Alder may use providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, form handling, and operational support. These providers process information only as needed to operate the site and studio workflows.
Retention
Inquiry and project records may be retained while a request, quote, commission, release, delivery, or follow-up is active. We may retain limited records where needed for security, tax, dispute, backup, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or closure of information you submitted. We may need to verify your identity or relationship to the request before acting.
