Studio services
Studio Alder offers finished vintage pieces, custom refinishing, selective sourcing, and related advisory support. Availability, scope, timing, and pricing depend on the specific piece, request, and written agreement.
Inquiries and quotes
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a fixed quote. We may decline, delay, or reshape requests based on fit, condition, materials, logistics, and studio capacity.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, photos, dimensions, condition notes, access constraints, and rights to any reference materials you submit.
Payments and delivery
Payment, deposit, pickup, delivery, storage, and cancellation terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins or a finished piece is reserved.
No guarantees
Refinishing and vintage sourcing involve material variation. Studio Alder commits to careful craft and clear communication, but cannot guarantee identical outcomes across aged wood, veneer, hardware, finishes, lighting, or prior repairs.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful or infringing content, interfere with forms or infrastructure, or scrape the site for unauthorized commercial use.
Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics may be used on public pages only after analytics consent.
Changes
Studio Alder may update these terms as the studio and service model evolve.
